Advocacy and reporting, not medical advice
Everything on this site is advocacy, reporting, and commentary on matters of public policy. It is not medical advice, and it is not legal advice. We are not a medical provider. Nothing here should be used to make decisions about your or your child's health care; talk to your own physician. Where we describe studies or government actions, we cite the source and note where mainstream medical bodies disagree. Read the sources.
No attorney relationship
The Foundation does not represent anyone as counsel. References to attorneys or firms are strategic referral relationships and do not create an attorney-client relationship with the Foundation.
External links
We link to government records, studies, videos, and other organizations because they are the primary sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link is a citation, not an endorsement.
Use of content
You may quote and share our original articles with attribution and a link. Photographs, film clips, and documents from third parties remain the property of their owners. Do not scrape the site, misrepresent our content, or use it to impersonate the Foundation.
Trademarks
“Autism Justice Foundation,” “Justice for Autism,” and “Vaccine Veritas” and their marks are used by the Foundation. Vaccine Veritas is the Foundation's public outreach arm; its social channels carry the Foundation's outreach. Other names and marks belong to their owners.
Submissions
When you send us a message, story, or volunteer application, you confirm it is yours to share and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We publish family stories only with written permission and may edit for length and clarity. See the Privacy Policy for how submissions are handled.
Contributions
Autism Justice Foundation is a DBA of Justice for Autism, a Florida-based 501(c)(4) social-welfare organization. Contributions support advocacy and public-awareness work and are generally not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Consult your own tax adviser.
