Frequently asked questions

What is the Autism Justice Foundation?
A Florida-based 501(c)(4) social-welfare organization that documents and advocates on autism causation and accountability. We publish original reporting, keep a dated tracker of federal and state actions, maintain an evidence library, and organize families and supporters around vaccine-safety review, parental consent, and schedule transparency.
Are you a 501(c)(3)?
No. Autism Justice Foundation is a DBA of Justice for Autism, a Florida 501(c)(4). That status lets us advocate on policy. It also means contributions are generally not tax-deductible as charitable gifts. Consult your own tax adviser.
Is Vaccine Veritas a separate charity?
No. Vaccine Veritas is the Foundation’s public outreach arm, not a separate legal entity. The Autism Justice Foundation is the legal corporation; Vaccine Veritas runs media campaigns and public pressure under its name and social handles.
Do you provide medical care or legal representation?
No. We are not a medical provider and do not give individual medical advice. We do not act as anyone’s attorney. Where we mention lawyers or firms, those are strategic referral relationships, not AJF counsel. Talk to your own physician or attorney about your situation.
What reforms does the Foundation support?
Independent review of vaccine safety data, informed parental consent, transparency in how the childhood schedule is set, and reform of FDA, CDC, HHS, and congressional oversight. We report the administration’s actions on our tracker and note where mainstream medical bodies disagree.
Who leads the scientific and medical work?
The Scientific & Medical Advisory Board is chaired by Dr. Andrew Wakefield and includes Dr. David Weldon, Mary Holland J.D., Dr. Anthony Mawson, and J.B. Handley. Full bios are on the Team page.
How do I share a family story?
Use the contact form and choose “Family story” as the reason, or call 1-888-788-MAHA. Tell us whether you are willing to be quoted or prefer to stay anonymous. We do not publish anything without your written permission.
How do I request a speaker?
Use the contact form and choose “Media” or “Partnership,” or call 1-888-788-MAHA. Include the date, location, audience, and format. Members of our Speakers Panel are listed on the Team page.
Where does donation money go?
Contributions fund four things: original reporting and the dated public record on federal and state autism-causation actions; review and plain-English summaries of studies, hearings, and agency documents; public-awareness campaigns run through the Vaccine Veritas outreach arm; support and referral resources for affected families. American Caging, Inc. handles funds custody, compliance, and annual independent audit.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Generally not. As a 501(c)(4) social-welfare organization, contributions support advocacy and public-awareness work and are generally not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Consult your own tax adviser.
How can I help?
Donate, volunteer, contact your members of Congress, or share your family’s story. The Take Action page has scripts and links.
